Who am I?

Easy and short answer - I'm an Ex-Chubster who now enjoys helping gym newbies build unstoppable confidence, get strong as F**K & drop body fat without hours of mind-numbing cardio. Below I have put it in Black and White what is offered.

Results and Reviews

Working with Ricky helped me improve my physical and mental health. I'm happier about the impact it's had on my mental health. I now want to go out and be active, go for walks in the morning and I've joined sports clubs which has made keeping fit even easier. It all started here and I'm thankful for him and keeping me accountable.
